Yes. The review is optional. You can jump straight into identifying and testing your communication & messaging levers.
I will analyze your website. But I will also need to see how real conversations with buyers play out. That could include call transcripts, demo flows, decks, notes, or email threads. I might also need a quick contact in marketing or sales I can check in with if needed. I’ll handle the rest.
You get a detailed breakdown of where your communication / messaging is losing deals, the possible levers to fix it, and clear next steps.
From there, you can make the changes in-house with the help of your team. Or, you can bring me in so that we can run the fix live and measure the impact.
Either way, you’ll know exactly where to focus instead of guessing.
I’ll need open access to anything that touches the customer journey. This can be CRM data, internal & external messaging assets, transcripts, call recordings, and whatever else helps me see how deals move from website conversion to contract signature. I’ll sign an NDA before we start, so your data stays protected.
I also need a clear point of contact inside your team to help coordinate and apply the tests. Most important, I need open collaboration and honest feedback. The more visibility and access I have, the faster and more accurate the results.
I start by diagnosing your customer journey from website conversion to deal signing. I look for the points where deals get stuck or die. Then I find the comms or messaging lever that’s most likely to move the needle based on your data and what I see inside your process.
If you have a specific area you want me to focus on, we can start there. But every test starts with your reality, not with generic advice.
If a test doesn’t move your numbers, we kill it. I don’t believe in running anything that doesn’t have a measurable effect. The whole point is to find what actually works for your business, not just run experiments for the sake of it.
If something fails, we analyze why, capture the learning, and pick the next lever to test.
Sometimes, especially in long or seasonal sales cycles, we won’t see a clear result in 4-6 weeks. In those cases, we set upfront what “longer” means. Maybe it’s a full quarter, or until enough deals have closed to show a real trend.
Every test is tied to a real business metric, book-a-demo conversion rate, second-meeting rate, deal velocity, win rate, and more. We set the baseline together before starting, then track results with simple chart.
I prefer using lightweight statistics such as XmR charts. They work great even with small sample sizes, as long as we have historical data. You’ll see the raw numbers and the visual trend.
I do. I write and build the messaging docs, pages, scripts, demo workflows, emails, or whatever’s needed for the test. Your team reviews and gives input, but I handle the work.
It depends on the test scope. I like to work in 4-6 week sprints. Sometimes we’ll see signals Sooners. Sometimes, it takes a full cycle. If results are clear earlier, we move fast.
If we see a clear agreed-upon improvement in the metrics (using real charts, not opinions), I charge a 50% commission on top of the flat fee. If there’s no result, there’s no commission. Simple as that.
We define it together for each test before we start. It could be a higher website conversion rate, a higher second-meeting rate, more best-fit prospects, faster sales cycles, and more. If the metric shifts as agreed, the commission kicks in. No results, no commission.
I use lightweight statistics, such as XmR charts to show real shifts, not just lucky streaks. And you see the numbers directly.
You can quit after any test. No lock-in, no subscription. We run one test at a time, see the results, and you decide if you want to keep going.
