This page explains the main concepts I operate with, so you know how I approach testing.

What’s informality as a method?

This is how I work.
No lengthy discovery phases or methodologies except dead-simple statistics. No 40-page audit reports with frameworks and matrices.
I use “informality as a method” meaning I find ways to operate and achieve your goals when formal structures are absent or inefficient.

What’s a test?

A test is a focused experiment to see what actually changes buyer behavior. There are 2 kinds of tests:
Observational studies: You track results against your current baseline. It’s great when you don’t have data volume.
Experiential studies: You compare different versions (A / B testing) to see which performs better. Best when you have data volume.

What’s a lever?

A lever is one small action with big potential impact. There are 2 types of levers:
Fixing something that’s blocking growth.
Building something new to get a fresh result.

What’s a lever test?

A lever test is simply testing a specific action to see if it creates the result you want.

What’s a metric tree?

A metric tree connects the action you test to business results.
You start with an operational metric, like more enterprise visitors converting after publishing a new asset.
Then you follow the impact it has on cash flow.

What’s a baseline?

Before testing, you need to know where you stand. Dashboard charts can be noisy. Most of the times, the wiggle doesn’t say much.
That’s why I use lightweight statistics, such as XmR charts. They allow you calculate a baseline using historical data, and work well with both small and large data volumes.

How to identify levers & run tests?

I’ve created a detailed operational manual that explains my process. You can read and use it without me, but I’m still here if you need me.

Can I tell you what lever to test?

No. You bring the problem, not the prescription. Tell me what’s blocking growth or causing stress, and I’ll identify and test the lever most likely to move your buyers. You’re hiring me to diagnose and operate, not take orders.

What kind of problems do you solve?

Anything that blocks B2B buyers from discovering, considering, or choosing your product. That includes messaging, assets, outreach, buyer journeys, sales narratives, or anything in your go-to-market motion that affects buyer movement.

What kind of problems do you not solve?

I don’t fix your tech stack, internal workflows, or general project management issues. If it doesn’t touch how buyers engage, convert, or move through your process, it’s not in scope.

How do we agree on the metric?

We pick one metric that clearly shows buyer movement (e.g., number of enterprise buyers converting on the website, new mid-market or enterprise prospects in the pipeline, second meeting rate, etc.). If we can’t measure it, we don’t test it.

What if the test doesn’t work?

You pay nothing for the pilot. For ongoing test sprints, you pay only a 50% commission on the flat fee if the test hits the agreed metric.

Will every test last 6 weeks?

Some tests might need more time to design, launch, or track results, especially for more complex problems and longer buyer cycles. If that’s the case, we’ll plan the timeline together upfront so you always know what to expect.

How many tests do we need?

It depends on the complexity of your issue. For example, if you’re a new startup selling to enterprise clients, it may take several iterations to get buyers to discover and notice you. We need to run and stack multiple tests before we find what works. Every test builds knowledge and eliminates guesswork.

Are you a copywriter or a growth marketer?

Neither. I operate at the intersection of messaging, communication strategy, and B2B buyer movement. I’m here to fix real issues, not rewrite copy, run ad campaigns, or apply prefab marketing or sales frameworks.

Is there a lock-in or minimum commitment?

No. Start with a risk-free pilot. Continue only if you see value. Stop whenever you want.

How do I start?

Book a 30-min call. Bring your highest-friction problem. We’ll talk through what’s possible and whether we’re a fit.

Can you run multiple tests at once?

Yes. If you have several urgent problems, we can run parallel sprints, each with its own lever, asset, and metric.
